The key to striving for a level of health through physical fitness is motivation. And lets be honest, sometimes it's hard to motivate yourself to get into the gym or go for that ten minute run. Personal motivation can can be the only way a person can adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. But that's where personal trainer's step in. It's the job of your trainer to help and guide you in this motivation process.
As your personal trainer, I want to make achieving your goals a positive and exciting experience. I can't physically get you to make that trip to the gym. But through my assistance and reassurance as a team, we will achieve your goals and make your motivation to work harder and have fun easier.
There's no doubt that people are motivated by what they value. For some people, motivation is in the form of attitudes concerning a desire to look better, feel better, or be more self-reliant. Whatever your motivation may be, as your personal trainer;
I will guide you through the necessary steps to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.
My goal is to not only give you the knowledge of proper form and technique, but rather assist you in a healthier lifestyle change by assessing your behavior, setting specific/realistic goals, and evaluating progress. Even though, fitness has "been in my blood" for so a long time, I understand that this is not the case with everyone.
As your personal trainer, I want you to trust me that I'm going to do my best to help you become more motivated, knowledgable about fitness, and aware that I'm here for you. It's my job as your personal trainer to get you involved in planning your personal program and to use my imagination to create the most suitable plan for you. Together we will conquer whatever we set out to do!
